Kastiel was forcing himself to have a break from the computer; the screen was playing havoc with his eyes after staring at it for majorly long lengths at a time. He sighed, rubbing said eyes now. He was sure he was so close to putting together all the peaces, but honestly, he had to be missing something to the little puzzle of his. Basically, he was finding weevils vanishing on the streets, whisked away by someone. What he didn’t know, was why, as for who... he was pretty sure he got it nailed down. It was the why and the were that was bitting at the computer expert now.
The horrible thing about it was, he could remember every detail of just about everything. He wasn’t from this planet, at his ‘brain storage’ was rather more efficient then there’s. So, obvious, he wasn’t forgetting something. He just wasn’t putting it together right, or was missing some big ugly clue. He sighed and stuffed his hands in his pockets as he continued to stroll through the responsibly city streets, not to far from the hub. He never wondered that far... after all, he practically had no where to go.
He tried to run all his information through his head once more. So far he possibly had twenty weevils whisked away from under his nose, he had caught snips of the man responsible on tap and by witnesses. Also by behaviour and eventually traces and ideas on habits he had narrowed it down to one man. Nick brown, was his real name, but he seemed to go by the title nuclear. God knows where humans get there names from or the reasons behind it. He realised after a moment that he was pacing back and forth of the pavement outside a small café and sighed, dropping his arms from his pockets to his side as he struggled over the workings of his mind. He was here for a reason, and did not want to draw attention to himself.
This café, was supposedly, the mans favourite place to hang out. He was mostly seen eating alone, but there was occasions where he was seen with different lady friends, and guys who might be working for him. It was Wednesday today, and Kas was expecting to see the man soon now... he paused, tilting his eyes to the side. Oh what luck! He brought up his reason for being here, and along comes his suspect. He followed after those pale jeans and green jacket into the café. He had him in his sites now. He had had enough of mysteries... he would find the answer today, he had to. He took a seat and grabbed a menu, pretending to read it. The place was packed and he was lucky to find a table on his own. But then, come to think of t, so did the other. They both occupied the last free tables now. Kastiel’s eyes never straying far from the other as he pretended to scan the menu.
He would discover his answers...
