Jonathan knows how to laugh – he just doesn’t like to. He tends to be serious and sad more often then anything else. He is sick of what he has turned into, he is sick of being alone. He has no family – he is just some lab rat, some freak. Or at least – this is how he sees himself.
From the programme in his head, he knows a little about the Time Lords, and there glory, but he sees himself out side of it, always alone... he wishes he knew who his dad was. But the question is, is his dad even alive? If he was, why hasn’t he come for him?
He tends to spend long hours, sitting in silence inside his empty TARDIS. He loves the current century more then others, and although he loves to explore he hates to face its challenges alone, he can be strong willed, and wise from age. People know to listen to him, even if he looks to young to be a headmaster – they know not to believe everything they see

Overall: Jonathan was created much like Jenny, however he was not an accident or a forced event. Another Time-Lord, one who kept his name (And everything else for that matter) secret, created him for the purpose of having him as a son.
He never got a chance to learn a single thing about his father. He barely even learnt what he was. His father was an inventor, a creator. Maybe one day Jonathan would learn that this was more then just his job, but also his name (The inventor (Bags name, will make character some time in the future)) Upon being created, something happened. A fire ripped through the space-station that his father had been working on – That Jonathan had been born from. And so he stepped out of the machine that made him to be licked by flames. He fled, and stumbled across a red phone box. He ducked inside, without even knowing why. Inside was far, far bigger then the out. Something inside his brain seemed to fall into place, and he started the TARDIS and fled the destruction. He later learned more and more about himself. His father, it seemed, had programmed some sort of... learning course into his mind. As events unfolded more and more of it is shown to him, this is how he learns about the Time Lords demise, this is how he learns everything he knows.
It is fifty years since the day of his being born, and since then he has died five times, only to be enveloped in gold light, and returned anew. His looks never change, so in some ways he is similar to jenny, in this time he has also established himself into the academy, and become (Shock gasp horror) The headmaster of the place
